currently in pre-release form being peer-reviewed, this discusses the link between the pressure experienced in POTS, FMS and ME/CFS and how this leads to the brainstem hypoperfusion, cerebral hyperperfusion, metabolic abnormalities with its dysfunctional amino acid/neurotransmitter sensitization of the nervous system, autonomic instability and the other characteristic symptoms in POTS, Long COVID, FMS and ME/CFS.
